FOR RESIDENTIAL: This service is for the regular or maintenance cleaning of homes, apartments, Airbnb residences, and motorhomes on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or other recurring basis (no contract or commitment required), and includes vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning of bathrooms, and

FOR RESIDENTIAL: This service is for the regular or maintenance cleaning of homes, apartments, Airbnb residences, and motorhomes on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or other recurring basis (no contract or commitment required), and includes vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning of bathrooms, and cleaning of counter-tops & sink areas in the kitchen. This can also include changing of bed sheets, but does not include laundering.
This service does not include the cleaning of windows, ovens, inside of refrigerators, garage, outdoor areas, or any other special requests.
RATE: $65/hr, minimum of 2-hours

FOR SMALL OFFICE / PROFESSIONAL SUITES: This service is for the regular or maintenance cleaning of small offices and professional suites on a recurring basis (no contract or commitment required), and includes vacuuming, emptying of office garbage cans and desk waste baskets, mopping, dusting of waiting rooms & common areas, cleaning of bathrooms, wipe down of mirrors and glass doors in main entry area & waiting rooms, and cleaning of counter-tops, tables & sink in any kitchen area or cafeteria. Other areas and requests will be discussed and considered on a per requests basis.
RATE: $65/hr, minimum of 2-hours

-MOVE-IN/MOVE-OUT CLEANING SERVICE & SPECIALTY REQUESTS
This service is for the deep cleaning of homes such as seasonally or annually, before listing a home for sale, and/or before move-in / after move-out. This specialized cleaning is great to prepare a property for pictures when about to be listed; or to prepare a property for you or a tenant to move into a new, freshly cleaned space, as well as for you to leave in a clean-state after moving out.
This service includes everything in general cleaning, plus cleaning of inside of oven, behind/under certain furniture and appliances, inside of refrigerator, and the wipe-down of baseboards. This service can also include other special services as requested or agreed-upon such as cleaning of windows, inside of cabinets, polishing of wood furniture, etc.
RATE: $95/hr, minimum of 4-hours
